What is GriefShare?
After the funeral, when the cards and flowers stop coming, most people around you return to their normal lives — but your grief continues. GriefShare exists for that moment. Over 13 weekly sessions, you’ll be surrounded by people who truly understand loss. There’s no pressure to talk, no membership required, and you can join at any point in the cycle.

Encouraging, information-packed videos featuring leading grief recovery experts who understand what you are going through.
Part 2
Support Group
A small, safe group discusses the week’s video together. You share only as much as you are comfortable with — there is no pressure.
Part 3
Workbook
Journaling and personal study exercises help you process your grief privately, at your own pace, between sessions.

Ina leads our GriefShare group with deep compassion rooted in her own experience of loss. She has successfully rebuilt her life through faith and community, and she is committed to walking alongside others on that same long journey, from grief toward healing and hope.
