We believe the church needs to step up and do more to help with the foster care epidemic in our state. Serving Foster Families is a very high priority for our church.
GriefShare is a special 13 week seminar and support group for people who are grieving the loss of a loved one – either recent or in the past; through death, divorce or whatever the circumstance. Each seminar is independent of the others so if you are unable to join at the beginning of the seminars you can start and stop at any time. The meetings are held in the conference room of our main building.

Women’s Book Club
The Superstition Foothills Baptist Church Women’s Book Club is open to church members and non-members that love to read. This group meets the second Monday from September through June at 6:30pm in the Library of the Educational Building. Book Club Members pick the list of books that will be read and discussed. If you are a reader this is a great way to meet avid readers like yourself.
Do you like to quilt or would you like to learn how? The Superstition Foothills Baptist Church Quilters meet on the first and third Thursday of each month from 1:00pm-4:00pm in the Mesquite Fellowship Room in the Educational Building.
They use one pattern but each quilt sewn has a completely different look because of the fabric they use. Quilts are donated to various groups and also given to church family members when one is sick or hospitalized. All you need to participate is your own sewing machine. Current quilters will be happy to show you how to quilt if you would like to learn. Everyone is welcome!
The New Singers Choir
THE NEW SINGERS Choir is a dynamic group that adds to our Sunday morning worship service by leading the congregation in music worship of hymns and by doing special music. If you enjoy singing, this group will welcome you. Terrilyn Klucar is the choir director.
The Superstition Foothills Baptist Church library is a wealth of information and has reading books for every taste and style. There are biographies, auto-biographies, research books, small group studies, Beth Moore material, fiction, mysteries, videos and lots more. All you have to do to check books out is fill out the library card on the resource, place that card in the box provided, and enjoy what you checked out. There are no designated dates for using the material and there are no late fees. We just ask that you return the material when you are finished. Stop by and check it out!
Our Hospitality Committee coordinates the events and functions where food is involved. If it is a themed event they decorate and set up the tables if necessary. The day/night of the event they set up the food as it comes in and clean up after the event.
Meals are prepared by a group of volunteer cooks that make meals for those that are ill and for those people recuperating from surgery and it would be difficult for them to prepare meals for themselves. If you love to cook and want to serve, let us know!
Our Welcome Center is the first stop after being greeted by one of our warm and friendly greeters at the door. The Welcome Center can furnish newcomers with information regarding Superstition Foothills Baptist Church, where the restrooms are, location of the nursery and the cry room and general information of what classes are currently being taught, etc.
