What Sunday Morning Looks Like
We offer two Sunday morning gatherings. Worship service begins at 9:00 AM, and Bible Study follows at 10:30 AM. Both are open to everyone.
The worship service is blended, which means you’ll hear a mix of traditional hymns and contemporary songs. The music is led with care, not performance. After worship, Pastor Timothy Jennings opens the Bible and teaches through it verse by verse. Expository preaching means you’ll hear what the text actually says, in context, applied to real life. No hype, no fluff.
If you’ve never experienced that kind of teaching before, it can be genuinely refreshing. If you’ve been looking for it for years, you’ll feel right at home.
A Great Sunday for Your Kids, Too
We know that for families with children, Sunday morning only works if there’s somewhere safe and engaging for the kids. Ours is free, warmly staffed, and runs from infants through sixth grade.
Our children’s ministry uses the AWANA curriculum, which gives kids a structured, Bible-centered program with memory work, activities, and age-appropriate teaching. It’s one of the most respected children’s ministry frameworks around, and our volunteers love running it.
You’ll drop your kids off knowing they’re cared for. You’ll pick them up knowing they learned something real.
The Kind of Church We Are
We’re casual. Come as you are. You won’t feel underdressed, and you won’t feel pressured to perform. Nobody is going to make you stand up and introduce yourself or put you on the spot.
What you will find is a congregation of people who take their faith seriously without taking themselves too seriously. We believe the Bible is the Word of God, we’re committed to teaching it faithfully, and we want the people who walk through our doors to feel like they belong.

We’re located at 6320 S. Kings Ranch Rd., Gold Canyon, AZ 85118. From east Chandler or Gilbert, the drive runs about 30 to 35 minutes heading east on the US-60. Gold Canyon sits just past the edge of the Metro Phoenix area, at the foot of the Superstition Mountains. It’s a beautiful stretch of road, and most people find the setting alone worth it.
